To strengthen our internal organizational development, MG Consultancy is seeking to recruit three Senior Consultants on a three-month probationary basis, leading to permanent contracts.
Positions Available
- Senior Consultant – Nonprofit Organizations Expert
- Specializing in NGO research, donor engagement, training delivery, and organizational development.
- Strong background in policy preparation, governance frameworks, and nonprofit advocacy.
- Senior Consultant – For-Profit Organizations Expert
- Focused on enterprise development, market research, leadership training, and corporate policy advisory.
- Experienced in networking with private sector stakeholders and business associations.
- Senior Operational Consultant (Female candidates encouraged)
- Leading MG Consultancy’s internal systems, project coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Managing digital platforms, strengthening team spirit, and ensuring inclusive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities (across all roles)
- Conduct research and deliver training for leaders, expatriates, and staff.
- Scan opportunities for partnerships, grants, and consulting engagements.
- Support organizational development through policy preparation and leadership frameworks.
- Manage MG Consultancy’s website and social media presence.
- Foster team spirit, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging within the firm.
✅ Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in relevant fields (Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Proven expertise in research, training facilitation, and organizational development.
- Strong networking, communication, and digital management skills.
- Commitment to MG Consultancy’s mission and values.
