On August 6, 2025, the Ethiopian Business Advisory Service Providers Association (EBASPA) hosted a Research Validation Workshop at Mado Hotel in Addis Ababa. The event showcased research conducted by MG Consultancy on the legal and regulatory landscape affecting Business Development Service (BDS) and Business Advisory Service Providers (BASPs) across all sectors in Ethiopia.
The workshop brought together key stakeholders from diverse sectors, including BDS consultants, SME representatives, and other professionals. Participants collectively recognized the significance of the research findings and expressed a shared commitment to implementing the recommendations effectively.
Importantly, EBASPA’s board and management team formally acknowledged their responsibility in advancing the research outcomes to strengthen the ecosystem for business advisory services in Ethiopia.
